I can't find my Forms - have they been deleted?

Microsoft Forms have not been able to be migrated across. Forms and the data from them can not be accessed moving forward.
If you are using Forms, you will need to recreate new forms and publish them again.
If you have Microsoft Forms currently active please contact us to assist.

If you need to access data captured using old forms, please request help via our support line on (08) 7134 1200 and the IT Team will provide assistance.

Please be advised that during the day of migration (18th February 2026), our phone lines and IT help desk email will not be available until migration is over, same day after 4:00pm.
