Add Scouts email and shared mailbox to mobile Outlook App

Idea
Please ensure that the password is setup including the MFA for the new username before proceeding with the mobile setup.
1. Open outlook app and click on the circle top left corner as shown below

2. Click on settings button at the bottom left of opened navigation pane



3. Click on 'Accounts' under ' General'

4. The accounts that are already there should come up as a list of emails

5. If there's a scouts account with the membership number and old username, click on the account, scroll down and click on remove account 

6. Go back to accounts and click on add account 

7. Select 'email account'

8. Type the new username (membershipnumber@team.sa.scouts.com.au) and password 

9. If you have a shared mailbox that needs adding, go back to add account

10. Click on shared mailbox

11. Type the email prefix and click continue 

12. This should now show up alongside your membership number
