Adding Shared mailbox in Outlook Web App (New)
When a user wants to add a shared mailbox so it displays under your primary mailbox, please follow the instructions:
Firstly, sign in to your outlook web account.
Once you are signed in, right-click on the primary mailbox in the left-navigation Pane, usually labelled as Folders/inbox.
Scroll down to Add shared mailbox or folder.
Type the name of the shared mailbox and click "Add".
The shared mailbox would display in your folders list in outlook web.
Similarly, you can remove the shared mailbox by right-clicking on the shared mailbox and selecting" Remove shared folder"
