An access fob is issued to members/staff who have a
requirement to access Head Office for the purpose of work/meetings/other access requirements.
Use of the Access Fob
· To gain access to the locked premises, simply place the key fob in front of the 'proximity reader' located on the side of the front and back doors.
· The light on the ‘reader' is red if the building/zone is armed, green if unarmed. When you present the fob for entry it will beep, and you will hear the door click.
· This will unlock the door and disarm the security system if you are the first person in the building after the alarm has been set.
· Exit the building using the door handle – please ensure door shuts behind you securely.
·
If you are the last person to leave the building in the evening, it is
your job to arm the security system. You can do it by presenting the key fob
three times in front of the ‘reader.' The reader will then glow red to indicate
that the system is armed.
