How to access Swag?

SWAG is an app you can use to interact with your employment with Scouts SA - apply for leave, clock in and out from your shifts and more!

You can access Swag via a four-step process:

Step – 1: Download the App

Install the app available either from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.


Step – 2: Initial Authentication

Sign in using the email provided when logging into ELMO. Click on reset password, and then click on Workzone. Follow the prompts to log into Swag.



Step – 3: Create 6-digit PIN

Swag will require you to create a 6-digit PIN after your email and password has been successfully authenticated by the app. The unique PIN is only required to log into the Swag mobile app.  



Step – 4: Confirm 6-digit PIN

Swag will prompt you to re-confirm your unique 6-digit PIN that was created in Step 3. If both PINs entered in Step 3 and Step 4 match, you will be logged into the Swag mobile app. 

Successful Login

Once both your pins match up, Swag will display a message indicating that your login has been successful, and your passcode has been set. Swag will then redirect you to the landing page of the app.
