How to add multiple youth members

Administrators can add multiple members at the same time, by using the "Bulk Add Members feature".

Step 1: Log into your profile, Go to the Youth Member's section in the top-left corner of the page.

  1. Click the 'Add' button, then select 'Add multiple youth members'.

Step 2: Create a spreadsheet with columns for the following:

  • Student’s First Name
  • Student’s Last Name
  • Student ID
  • Primary Parent's Contact Email Address (e.g. the Mother's email)
  • Primary Parent's Contact Mobile Number (e.g. the Mother's mobile number)
  • Secondary Parent's Mobile Number - used for notifications only (e.g. the Father's mobile number)
  • Secondary Parent's Email Address - used for notifications only (e.g. the Father's email)
  • Group Name 1 (Cub, Joey, Scout etc)

Step 3: Save the spreadsheet as an Excel (.xls or .xlsx) file or an OpenOffice file (.ods) or a CSV file (.csv) (for Excel/OpenOffice Spreadsheets, the first sheet will be used)

Step 4: Limit the file size to 250 records.

Step 5:  Use the link below to locate your file.

Step 6: Press 'Select Columns' button
