How to add multiple youth members

Step1: Go to ADD button on top right left-hand side corner. Then select Add multiple youth members.

Step2: Create a spreadsheet with columns for the following:

  • Student’s First Name
  • Student’s Last Name
  • Student ID
  • Primary Parent's Contact Email Address (eg. the Mother's email)
  • Primary Parent's Contact Mobile Number (eg. the Mother's mobile number)
  • Group Name 1 (Cub, Joey, Scou,t etc)

Step3: Press choose file option and upload the excel file you have created.

Step 4: Press select columns option on right hand side.

Step 5:  Check that the headings at the top of each column are correct and it matches. You must have at least Email and Names selected for matching. Choose Ignore for non-relevant columns.

Step6: Make sure you check all the rows.

Step 7: Press Preview changes at the bottom of the page.
