How to stop autofill/login through my Apple device?

If you have removed the old Scouts SA account and when trying to add the new user email (firstname.lastname@teams.sa.scouts.com.au) back in, the device is automatically changing the email address to the old one and the process is producing an error

Suggestion:

  1. Open the SAFARI browser on the device and browse to outlook.office.com
  2. The page may load and you see your initials in the top right corner. Click these and "sign out"
  3. You may also see the following screen

  1. On the screen displayed, you will see the old user there
  2. Click sign out and forget
  3. Close safari
  4. Now add your account back into your app and sign in with your regular email address, make sure you use Microsoft Exchange.
