Microsoft 365 Error Code 53003



If you have received the error above this is most likely due to you trying to access an older booked marked link from your browser that you signed up with the older username. 

To avoid this please log into your account through https://outlook.office.com/ using your credentials.

If you are trying to access a shared folder, click on 9 dots on the top left corner and click on 'SharePoint'



Search the folder name in the search bar at the top, this should show you the folders and documents from all your channels with that name.
