The Document section in MyScout is the online repository for all electronic materials produced by Scouts SA including forms, policies, procedures, and organizational documents.
All documents in MyScout are tagged for easy sorting and finding. These tags appear in the top of the documents screen as per the screenshot below. Clicking on a tag will limit the results down to that particular category (e.g. clicking on forms will narrow the results down to all the forms tagged in MyScout).
You can also use the search function within MyScout. This can be sorted by most recent (most recent documents showing first, or alphabetically by selecting the relevant button and clicking on quick find. Once you have found the document click on the title to expand it. This will open up any other information on the document that may be stored. This may be a contact person, instructions or something similar.
