Email Broadcasting – Creating & Sending an Email Broadcast
1. Choose the formation to which you wish to send a
broadcast.
2. Scroll down and opt for 'Email Broadcasts'.
3. Click ‘Add New’.
4. Fill in the message subject and content as well
as adding any appropriate attachments.
5. Choose the suitable audience.
6. Click Save. This action does not immediately
send the email, providing you the option to return later and edit the message
if necessary.
7. After saving, you'll have the opportunity to review
the Audience Preview, which will show you the exact recipients of the
broadcast.
8. When you are prepared to send the email, click
on 'Broadcast Email'. After sending, you can verify its delivery to all the
relevant members.
9. After the email has been broadcasted, you'll
have visibility into the recipients and their delivery status for the sent
email.
