Printing services can be accessed by those authorised and setup with access to printers at Head Office. Printing used will be charged back to the relevant cost centre.
Setup
Setup for printing can be requested via the IT Help Desk (
ithelpdesk@sa.scouts.com.au) - requests should be approved by the relevant Assistant Chief Commissioner responsible and include the details of the cost centre the user requires access to.
Once setup, the user will be able to access printing and photocopying through Head Office. There is a printer accessible in Adventure meeting room that can be utilised at all times.
Instructions
Once a user has been setup (this is done via your Scouts SA email account) you will be able to email print jobs to the print queue to then access and release.
Upon setup you will receive two codes from uniflow online - one will be your PIN to access the copier, the other will be a code you can register your access FOB against.
Printing
To print a job, please email the job from your Scouts SA email address to mobileprint@sa-scouts.au.uniflowonline.com
This will lodge the job in the queue, allowing you to log in and release it.
Supported file types include PDF, HTML, CSV, XLS, DOC
For best results especially with formatting etc we recommend converting your file to PDF.
Photocopying
To photocopy, enter your PIN on the device and then copy your documents from there.
