Group Sign up Process

Scouts SA will work with Scout Groups to establish their Commbizz service in conjunction with the CBA Relationship team.


The process that is followed to establish your accounts is as follows.
This process can take a few weeks based on what needs to be done.


Step 1
Scout Group information form completed by Scout Group and returned to commbank@sa.scouts.com.au

Step 2
Scouts SA will verify proposed signatories with CBA and Scouts SA (all signatories must be registered with Scouts SA)

Step 3
Any signatories requiring a CBA profile OR an update to their profile will be sent details on how to do this.

Step 4
Account  setup forms will be prepared by Scouts SA and sent to Scout Group for signing

Step 5
Completed forms returned to Scouts SA for approval and sending to CBA.

Step 6
Account setup information will be sent to Scouts SA and signatories when established by CBA.

Step 7
CBA will establish accounts and send details to Scouts SA, including tokens/cards to those that they have been requested for.
