Operoo utilises similar terminology to what we use in Scouting but can mean different things.

Members: All Youth and Adult Members belonging to that Group.(Youth Program Supporters are not included as a Supporter)

Staff: Leaders and Adult Members as classified as Staff in Operoo. They are also referred to as Staff Carers, or Carers.

Administrator: The person(s) responsible for the overall Operoo Management for the Group. These are automatically assigned

Groups: Can refer to any Scout Group, Section, District, Region

Subgroup: Operoo equivalent of Section.
