User Support - Volunteer

From the day of cutover, there will be a need for volunteers to sign in to the new Microsoft365 tenancy with a new username and password, and update/re-register their multi factor authentication.

For many people, this will be a straight forward process to get yourself back and running.
The Scouts SA ICT team will be monitoring access and checking off once users have successfully logged in and set themselves up.

For those who require additional support we are preparing a series of support sessions to help. Bookings for these sessions will be required so appropriate resources can be arranged.

During office hours: Over the phone and in person support available at Head Office between 9am and 4pm
After office hours: Not available - please lodge a ticket for support

Saturday 21 February
Head Office - 830am - 1130am

Sunday 22 February
Salisbury Scout Hall - 900am - 1100am

Monday 23 February
During office hours: Over the phone and in person support available at Head Office between 9am and 4pm
