Contacting CBA and Scouts SA re accounts

A special arrangement has been made with Scouts SA and Commonwealth Bank to provide bank accounts for  Scout Groups under the Branch banking arrangement.

In most instances Scouts SA will be the first point of call for any queries relating to your Commbizz service. Please use this as a starting point.

If you need to update your authorised signatories or Commbizz users, please contact Scouts SA via commbank@sa.scouts.com.au

Your local CommBank branch does not have access to these special arrangements, as  Scout Groups are managed through the Scouts SA Commbank relationship team.
