Where can I find my initial password?
For volunteers an initial
password will be texted to you during the day on Wednesday 18 February to
enable you to login
For staff an initial password will be emailed to you the day prior to the changeover

Please contact IT Support if you have not received the initial password

No, your email address will remain unchanged. Only your password and MFA will need to change. You will be issued a new temporary username that will be used for login purposes.
