Privacy obligations

It is imperative that all Operoo users (including Administrators and Staff) understand that Operoo records are private and confidential. Administrator or Staff Carer access should only be granted to registered members of Scouts and only where there is a demonstrable and legitimate need to do so. Operoo has an audit feature, which tracks and records the details every time a profile is accessed.
