How do I set up Access?

All email users are required to complete the steps below using your temporary username
Your temporary username will be in the format your.name@team.sa.scouts.com.au. Note, your email address for communicating with others has not changed, this is a temporary username for login and password reset only. 

  1. Delete multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  2. Reset password by visiting https://outlook.office.com via a web browser. If you are automatically logged in, please log out and select "Forgot password?" to trigger the password reset.
  3. Reconnect multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  4. (optional) - log in and out of any additional devices, e.g. mobile phone email app, iPad/tablet email app, etc.
  5. (optional) - re-sync OneDrive folders to File Explorer.
  6. (optional) - update any bookmarks or saved links to existing files and documents.
