Option 1: Clicking on Update Required or Update Profile
This will take Profile Owners (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) directly to the section of a profile that you still need to complete. If there's a need to update multiple sections of a profile, we suggest following the second option.
Option 2: Clicking on the Profile's Name or Photo, and clicking on X unfinished steps (X is the number of sections that need to be completed) on the top of the page.
From the drop-down menu, you can select the section with a red warning icon on its left. Please select the Consent section only when all other sections of the profile were completed because the system will not let you consent to an incomplete profile.
In case you are unable to complete the profile because you can't provide any information (e.g. Doctor's details, Asthma Action Plan, Anaphylaxis Action Plan), please get in touch with the organisation and advise them about the situation.
