Logging into MyScout with M365
With the implementation of Microsoft 365 across the Branch, we have now enabled the use of Single Sign On (SSO) as a secure way of accessing MyScout.
MyScout can be accessed through the link on the Scouts SA website or directly from: https://sa.myscout.com.au/
To use Single Sign On to log into MyScout:
- Ensure your Scouts SA email address is set up with Multi-Factor authentication enabled and in use.
- Email: ithelpdesk@sa.scouts.com.au with your request, so this email address can be added to your record.
- Once you receive a confirmation that your request has been approved, please visit: https://sa.myscout.com.au/
- Enter your member number only
- Click Login with M365
- MyScout will check to confirm a valid M365 sign in - you may automatically be signed in, or you will be asked to enter your email login details.
- During sign in, Microsoft will attempt to authenticate your account by sending notification to your preferred authentication method.
- If the login fails, please check your login details are correct.
- If trouble persists, please contact the IT helpdesk at ithelpdesk@sa.scouts.com.au
