Managing Signatories

Managing Signatories

From time to time you will need to update signatories on your accounts to reflect changes in personnel.
Details on how to maintain these are provided here.
There are two types of signatories for Commbizz purposes - over the counter authorities and electronic authorities.
Both types require the signatory to be a registered member of Scouts SA.

Each signatory will require a valid Commbank profile in order to be setup to access.

Changing Signatories

Please email commbank@sa.scouts.com.au with the details of the proposed new signatory.
Details to include are
- bank account(s)
- signatory name
- signatory scout membership number

Scouts SA will verify the status of the signatory with Commonwealth Bank and advise on the next steps from here.

Removing Signatories

Please email commbank@sa.scouts.com.au with the details of the signatory that needs to be removed.
