Accessing Microsoft 365 from Overseas
If you are currently overseas, or planning to travel outside of Australia, you might notice that you will not be able to log in to your MS365 account or access its resources.
As part of strengthening security of our Microsoft 365 systems,
Scouts SA has recently implemented a conditional access policy that limits the
use of Microsoft 365 services and resources to within Australia. If you are
working or travelling overseas, you may not be able to log in to their accounts
under this policy.
To get access to your MS365 account, please follow these instructions below:
Contact the IT Help Desk, by sending an email to
ithelpdesk@sa.scouts.com.au with your Full name, Member ID, Planned travel dates, and Destination travelled.
We can also review your situation and extend access if by any chance your flight gets cancelled or your plans change for any reason.
