Managers - Managing Leave
Managers are able to manage leave for employees within their reporting line.
When you are logged into ELMO, click on the Payroll link on the left hand menu and select switch to manager (if Switch to Employee shows you are already in that portal)
From this portal you can
- View current leave requests
- View notifications
- Manage leave requests
- Display the leave calendar
- Manage notifications
- Create leave requests
Leave Requests
On this dashboard you can view current leave requests for members of your team.
You can action these through the quick icons at the end of each leave request (approve, reject or delete)
Create Leave request
Create a leave request for an employee through the portal.
You can select a part of this process the employee, the type of leave, enter any notes and the days relating to the leave.
You can choose to approve immediately or have the leave sit in your leave requests screen.
